Connecting a Bracelet
Hapt Touch works with Totwoo smart bracelets. To connect:
Subscribe to Hapt+ in the app.
Go to Settings and tap "Connect Bracelet".
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and your bracelet is nearby.
Follow the on-screen pairing instructions.
Bracelet connection is optional — you can send touches and messages using just your phone.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving notifications? Check that notifications are enabled in your phone's Settings for Hapt Touch.
Bracelet won't connect? Restart Bluetooth on your phone and make sure the bracelet is charged.
Partner not receiving touches? Make sure both of you are paired via invite code and have an active internet connection.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. All your data, messages, and partner links will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@hapttouch.com.
